I worked with Omar and Alfredo and they were both wonderful. Extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I’m very happy about my purchase and happy with how knowledgeable they both were. I took a long time to decide on what I wanted, as I came in not really sure where to start. Immediately I was greeted warmly and they made the experience very easy. Not once did I ever feel rushed, even after all the time I spent trying to decide and testing out beds. It’s their knowledge and expertise that helped me make an informed decision on a mattress I wouldn’t have even thought I could buy if it wasn’t for them and this store location.

Finally found the perfect couch. I went back the next day to decide between two I liked. I took about an hour just sitting for awhile to see what I was most comfortable in. Finally I found the perfect one. Thanks to the staff for letting me “sit around “ and decide. Thank you Lexie for showing me the ones I was interested in. I took her advice and got the couch with the best fabric to suit my needs. Great president’s sale too.

Great customer service. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me compare. I purchased a sectional because the company can deliver it before the holidays. I like how many modern pieces are on display in the Bolingbrook store. Other furniture stores have too many old-fashioned styles that didn’t suit my needs. I’ll be back to look for other smaller pieces as I continue to furnish my new home.

The review I'm giving is for Cory and Joyce in the Bowlingbrook store! We had a fire and needed to rapidly get my father in law furniture..... Cory was a phenomenal salesman and helped us to get everything dad needed for his entire one bedroom apartment. There were some issues with us not being able to get a mattress at delivery. After the fact Joyce jumped in and spent two days and many hours with me and getting us a mattress. She went over above and beyond even giving me her personal mobile number so that we could keep in touch with what was going on with the mattress. When it did not arrive with the rest of the furniture, I went back to the store and she upgraded our mattress to get us set with a great mattress that dad could slip on that night instead of the the couch. Her patients and attentiveness amazing!

Went to Ashley furniture store today, looking for a specific chair( on the lounge side) RAG (sales guy) greeted me with a smile and listen to what I was looking for, he was friendly, professional, , very social, concerned for my need( to find the right chair) all went well, I purchased a chair perfect for me, and delivery in 4 days. I will definitely shop at this store if need any furniture. He wasn’t pushy to make the sale, he was patient as well.

I had done some research online and found the dresser I liked best at Ashley. I walked into the store, described the dresser and the sales person, Jason knew just what I was talking about. He found the dresser online, it was ordered and white glove delivery scheduled within minutes . He was professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented. It was an extremely pleasant experience.

Alfredo was super helpful. He was patient, reassuring, and offered solid advice. There was a level of trust with him and we're grateful he was up front with us about all processes, fees, steps, etc- no games! He is a great asset to the team. Of course, Ashley has the best furniture (if you know you know) but without great customer service, the business will not succeed- good thing they seem to have it! :)
